Using multiple instruments, a variety of sounds and melodies, and his signature musical sense, Preston will envelope you in sound. You will feel comfortable and relaxed, and as your body release stress, your mind will calm. Your breath will slow, your heart will open. Sound healing is a wonderful and wonder-filled experience; no two people will have the same feelings and sensations, and the only thing we will all have in common is that we will be able to turn inward and notice our bodies, our thoughts, our feelings, and we’ll relax in the waves of sound which will wash over us.
