This workshop will cover a variety of techniques using therapy balls (equipment will be provided for your use), and include work on the neck, spine, and feet.

The class is led by Irene Bruckner, Certified Yoga Instructor, and will use therapy balls (showing a lternatives you can use at home) to help you release and relax tension in the neck, spine, and feet. Easily accessible echniques that can be used on your own will assist you in creating a routine you can use any time.

This class is for all levels. Modifications will be demonstrated to make sure you can use these skills!
